MAINE trip -- August 2006

Follow this LINK to see a slide show from our trip to Maine in early August 2006. We visited the Belgrade Lakes area (where "On Golden Pond" was filmed), stayed in a house there built in 1823, attended the wedding of a couple of our Albuquerque friends (who grew up in Maine) and visited Acadia National Park on Mt. Desert Island, my family's ancestral homeland (the Coggins-DeLaittre part of it, anyway). Also visited Lamoine, the little town where some of my Coggins ancestors are buried. All of these things are featured in the show.....
